Clubhouse Address: 20811 Normandy Forest Drive

The Recreation Center is available for uses such as private parties, and meetings. A small rental fee is charged. A cash deposit in the amount of $200.00 is required prior to the event.

If the clubhouse is not left in a clean undamaged condition, there will be charges deducted. See the Club and Pool Rules for complete rules and regulations.

Part of your deposit will be forfeited if the building and grounds are not cleaned after use.
